What the app does
- Stock by batch and expiry
- Every batch with its expiry date, the nearest one sold first, alerts before expiry and when stock runs out, several depots.
- Fast till
- Reads barcodes and medicine box codes, searches by name, takes cash, mobile money or credit.
- Purchasing and orders
- Suppliers, purchase orders, stock receipts, returns, assisted entry of supplier invoices.
- Customer credit
- An account per customer, limits, payments and statements: you know who owes you what.
- Reports and expenses
- Sales, margins, stock value and the pharmacy’s expenses.
- Roles and control
- Each employee sees only what their role allows, and every stock correction is recorded.
