El Mousseyir Pressing
El Mousseyir Pressing replaces the pressing’s invoice book. At the counter, the customer is found by their phone number, the articles are tapped from the price list, the pickup date is set, and the ticket and one tag per piece are printed. The workshop sees what is late, every finished order has its rack, and at pickup scanning the ticket is enough.
The apps work in French and Arabic; the screens are shown in French.
What the app does
- Drop-off at the counter
- The customer found by their phone, articles in Arabic and French, colour and defects noted at drop-off, express, pickup date, and payment now, as a deposit or at pickup.
- Ticket and tags
- A ticket with its barcode for the customer, a numbered tag for every piece: no piece without its number.
- Workshop and racks
- Orders that are late, due today and tomorrow; a finished order hangs on its rack and the customer is told on WhatsApp.
- Pickup
- Scanning the ticket opens the order: the balance to collect, the rack, the pieces to hand back, even over several visits.
- Customer accounts
- Hotels and regular customers pay at the end of the month: their orders go on their account.
- Till and roles
- Each counter counts its drawer at closing; reception, the workshop and the accountant see only what concerns them.
